The Trevor Installation

Trevor Bale spent a day as a 'living installation' back in November last year when Arts Together took over the window of Devizes Bookshop. Throughout the day people peered in through the glass and had their photo taken by Trevor.

It rained and rained and rained! But the reaction was great. Sterling efforts by the poor folk out front with the buckets! A lovely live interview with Mark O’Donnell on the radio, which brought people in and a wonderful bunch of kids won the ‘spot the bond’ competition.

We collected to our surprise £138 plus pledges and donations which takes the present total to £500. The food from Emily’s tea rooms was gorgeous and enough to feed an army - visit them if you’re in Devizes – all home-made and good coffee.

Brilliant effort by everyone despite the rain!
